I’m attracted to intelligence. Not the book smart type of intelligence. I could care less whether you’ve gone to college or how much money you make because of it. I like intelligent conversations that make me think even hours after it’s ended. I soak up words from radical minds.
“…and you drink a little too much and try a little too hard. And you go home to a cold bed and think, ‘That was fine’. And your life is a long line of fine.”—Flynn, Gillian. Gone Girl. (via fckn12yearold)
"Adeus tristeza, até depois Chamo-te triste por sentir que entre os dois Não há mais nada pra fazer ou conversar Chegou a hora de acabar - Farewell sadness, so long I dub you sad due to feeling that between us two There’s nothing left to do or talk about The time has come to end.”
people need to understand that some people just don’t like talking it has nothing to do with u so don’t take it personally like some people just aren’t talkers and they’ll probably never text u first or initiate a conversation and it’s not because they don’t like u it’s just that they don’t think to say anything bc they’re comfortable with not saying anything
In Portugal we don’t say “it’s alright, I forgive you”, we say “deus nosso senhor me dê paciência e um paninho para a embrulhar, antes que eu te parta a tromba toda, seu cabrão de merda, era quem te enfiasse uma seringa das farturas no olho do cu”, which literally means “the soul in me respects and forgives the soul in you” and I think that’s beautiful.
“Não disse nada porque nada havia para dizer,
Amordacei as horas por preencher.
'cause i'll be laughing at all your silly little jokes and we’ll be laughing about how we used to smoke all those stupid little cigarettes and drink stupid wine 'cause it's what we needed to have a good time
